CONVEYANCING/COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
For efficient delivery of services the firm is divided into three departments each headed by a partner and assisted by associates.
This department is headed by Ruth Wacuka Kihenjo assisted by Eric Munene. It handles all the litigation business; covering in the main civil and commercial litigation, with some criminal, traffic and probate work.
Within the department the Management recently created the debt collection unit headed by Mr. Onesmus Mutua Muli and assisted by Waiswa Abed.
This department is headed by Waiswa Abed (acting head) assisted by Eric Munene. It supports the other departments by providing the research backstopping. The department is involved in updating and compiling of law and writing of legal opinions to clients.
ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
The department is responsible for overseeing the general administration and financial matters of the firm.
